Rotary swaging is the most versatile of our technologies. Rotary Swaging is a very efficient process for forming tubes and bars. We manufacture single-station machines and multi-station transfer lines. Our machines may be equipped with handling systems, also developed by us, and adapted to special requirements. Due to its characteristic features, rotary swaging is well established in the production of efficient weight optimized parts for the Automotive and various other industries. |

HMP manufactures horizontal hydraulic forming machines for reduction of tubular and solid components, and for expanding and upsetting of thin-walled workpieces. A typical application is the production of net-shape external splines on many kinds of shafts for different applications. The process completes the range of producible forms of rotary swaging. The process requires only lubrication oil, phosphorous lubricants are for our processes not required. |

HMP produces several different types of drawing machines:
Drum drawing machines with vertical or horizontal drum.
Caterpillar type drawing machines for the production of straight components of unlimited length.
Drawing benches with up to 25 meters drawing length. The carriage can be moved by chains or by spindle drives. |

HMP rolling machines are high precision equipment. We produce flat rolling machines and shape rolling machines with one, two or more stands. The machines may be equipped with special roll frames with four rollers fully enclosing the workpiece and forming all four sides of the workpiece simultaneously. HMP rolling machines have quick-change systems for the rollers and continuously adjustable rolling speeds. The max. possible rolling force is 360kN. As supplementary devices we offer uncoiling and coiling equipment with oscillating spools.
